For example, if you are interested to work in customer service, you can click on customer service and apply for jobs that you are interested in.

A: The job listings on our site are updated frequently. Whenever employers submit new jobs, we get them on our search results page. So be sure to check back often to find new job opportunities.

A: Some employers post the wages they offer in their job descriptions, while others choose to discuss that information in the interview.
If you have an expected amount of salary that you like to earn but can't seem to find the right employer, please contact one of our job consultants. We can help you find your ideal job.
Q. Why was my application rejected?.
A: We can't give you an exact answer because HomebasedPal.com is not involved in employers' hiring decisions. There are many possible reasons for your application being rejected:
* There's a lot of competition for jobs right now.
* Your skills and work experience may not have been exactly what the employer was looking for.
*Check your resume. Good presentation is important.
Don't get discouraged! If you really cannot find any jobs despite trying hard, you can consider sigining up for our 'Guaranteed-A-Job' program. With this program, we will help you find home-based jobs and also guide you through the whole process so you can find a job as soon as possible.

A: You need an email address to use Homebased Pal, but the good news is that it's free, quick and easy to get your own email address. Yahoo and Hotmail both allow you to create free email accounts. Just be sure to pick an email name that's in good taste and professional – employers may not call you if your email is party_chick111@email.com .
Please remember that you have used this email address on HomeBased Pal as we will communicate with you through this email address. It is the best to use the email address you have always been using at HomeBased Pal.
Q. How much does Homebased Pal cost to use?
A: Most of our services are free to job-seekers. However, there might be a cost if you are using our premium services. Of course, you can always use your reward points to redeem any of our premium services too.
Q. Can you tell me more about ‘Guaranteed-A-Job’ program?
A: We have a database of employers who hire regularly. Most of the time, these employers do not advertise job openings so there is no way for you to get hired by them because you do not see their job listing. By joining ‘Guaranteed-A-Job' program, we will refer you to these employers. We are so confident in finding you a home-based job, that we are willing to pay you money if you cannot find a job within 2 months.

A: You are only enrolled into ‘Guaranteed-A-Job' when you have the certificate. With the certificate, if you did not get any job within 2 months, you can redeem for the cash payout with the certificate.
Q. Why do I need the ‘Guaranteed-A-Job’ certificate?
A. We will pay out either 7100 pesos* or 9,588 INR* to anyone if they do not get a job within 2 months at HomeBased Pal. We cannot do this for everyone who did not register with this program. By registering with this program, you need to meet certain criteria as we need to make sure that you are employable.
Q. What are the criteria that I need to be enrolled in ‘Guaranteed-A-Job’ certificate?

Almost anyone can join this program. Basically, we will need to make sure that you have a stable internet connection, headset and are employable.
When you are enrolled in this program, we will start recommending you to our employers so we need to make sure that you are able to work efficiently and effectively.
Q. If after joining ‘Guaranteed-A-Job’ program, I found a job not through HomeBased Pal, am I still eligible for the cash payment?
A: The main purpose of ‘Guaranteed-A-Job' program is to help you find a job. So if you found a job outside of HomeBased Pal, you will not be eligible for the cash payment as you have already found a job.
However, we will place your record in our job hunting premium service where we will still look out for you for a better-paying job. If we found one that meets your expectation, we will send you the employer's details and you can consider either to change job for a higher paying salary or work part-time. We will do this for you for a year.
Q. What happens if I like you to continue helping me finding a better paying job after a year?
A. You can simply subscribe to our job hunting premium service. Alternatively, you can use your reward points to subscribe to the plan too.
Q. How do I get reward points?
A: You will get 1 reward point every time you refer someone to our website. You will see 1 reward point pending if the person you referred has signed up with us but have not added his or her resume to our database. To receive a full reward point, the person you referred must add his or her resume to our database.
Q. Is it easy to refer someone?
A: It is so easy. Almost everyone wants to have a job or work at home. Even if your friends have a full-time job, they might be interested in working a part-time job where they can work at home and hopefully, one day, they can work at home full time.

Q. Do I get commission if anyone that I refer purchased anything on HomeBased Pal?
A: Yes, We will add commission to your account balance. If you refer an employer who subscribe to any of our premium services, you will get a 15% commission. We will post that to your account balance?
Q. What is the minimum amount I can withdraw from my account balance?
A: The minimum sum of money you can withdraw is US $10. We will send you the money through globe, western union or bank transfer.
Q. Is there any administration fee when I withdraw money?
A: Yes, we do charge US $1.50 per withdrawal as our staff needs to process your payment and send payment to you.
